摘要: In biomedical research and diagnostics it is a challenge to isolate detect low levels of nanoparticles nanoscale biomarkers in blood other biological samples. While highly sensitive epifluorescent microscope systems are available for ultra level detection, the isolation specific entities from large sample volumes often bigger limitation. AC electrokinetic techniques like dielectrophoresis (DEP) offer an attractive mechanism specifically concentrating into microscopic locations. Unfortunately, DEP requires significant dilution thus making technology unsuitable applications. Using microelectrode array device, special conditions have been found separation hmw-DNA under high conductance (ionic strength) conditions. At frequencies 3000–10 000 Hz range, 10 μm microspheres human T lymphocytes can be isolated field regions, while concentrated regions subsequent detection using system.
