摘要: Most dielectrophoretic (DEP) separations of cells, nanoparticles, and other entities are carried out on microelectrode arrays or in microfluidic device formats. Less work has been directed at designing pipette-type formats that would allow dipping into recovering specific analytes from samples microtiter plate In order to address this important area, we have fabricated micropipette tip devices containing a 2% agarose gel plug, buffer chamber, platinum electrode as the DEP collection device, be used combination with separate sample wells contain circular gold electrode. We demonstrated 200 nm fluorescent nanoparticles could isolated high-field regions separated 10 μm microbeads high conductance (1× PBS) by applying an alternating current kHz peak-to-peak voltage (Vpp) 160 Vpp. The collected were then transferred new solution. also isolation separation genomic DNA (>50 kbps) transfer another
