摘要: Asymmetric and symmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA SDMA, respectively) are risk factors for the cardiovascular renal systems. There is a paucity of data in humans regarding variations protein L-arginine (Arg) methylation leading to ADMA SDMA. In this study, we introduced used Arg dimethylation indices based on creatinine-corrected urinary excretion SDMA ADMA, its major metabolite dimethylamine (DMA). The main objective present study was assess whether, which extent, high-fat meal (HFM), classical allostatic load eliciting various adverse effects, may contribute proteins humans. Reliable gas chromatography–mass spectrometry methods were measure concentration DMA, creatinine spot urine samples collected before (0 h), after (2, 4, 6 h) three HFM sessions 10 healthy overweight individuals. At baseline, correlated positively with circulating TNF-α IL-6. did not change postprandially. Our shows that HFMs do proteins. proposed should be useful determine extent status whole-body under conditions.
