摘要: The purpose of this review is to provide an overview diets, food, and food components that affect postprandial inflammation, endothelial function, oxidative stress, which are related cardiometabolic risk. A high-energy meal, rich in saturated fat sugars, induces the transient appearance a series metabolic, signaling physiological dysregulations or dysfunctions, including low-grade dysfunction, directly amplitude plasma triglycerides glucose. Low-grade inflammation dysfunction also known cluster together with insulin resistance, third risk factor for cardiovascular diseases (CVD) type-II diabetes, thus making considerable contribution Because marked relevance model nutritional pathophysiology, many studies have investigated whether adding various nutrients other substances such challenge meal might mitigate onset these adverse effects. Some foods (e.g., nuts, berries, citrus), l-arginine), (various polyphenols) been widely studied. Reports favorable effects state concerned markers systemic vascular pro-inflammatory conditions, activation inflammatory pathways monocytes, function (mostly assessed using criteria), stress. Although literature fragmented, topic warrants further study multiple endpoints investigate interesting candidates identified prevent limit critical features
