摘要: Postprandial lipemia, which is one of the main characteristics atherogenic dyslipidemia with fasting plasma hypertriglyceridemia, low high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and an increase small dense low-density lipoproteins now considered a causal risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease all-cause mortality. mainly related to in chylomicron production, frequently elevated individuals at high such as obese or overweight patients, type 2 diabetic patients subjects metabolic syndrome who share insulin resistant state. It well known that production thus postprandial lipemia highly regulated by many factors endogenous factors: circulating hormones free fatty acids, genetic variants, circadian rhythms, exogenous food components, dietary supplements prescription drugs. In this review, we focused on effect nutrients, micronutrients phytochemicals but also structure lipemia.
