摘要: The transient receptor potential (TRP) family of ion channels is widely expressed in many cell types and plays various physiological roles. Growing evidence suggests that certain TRP are functionally the immune system. Indeed, an increasing number reports have demonstrated functional expression several innate adaptive cells highlighted their critical role activation function these cells. However, very few reviews been entirely dedicated to this subject. Here, we will summarize recent findings with regards channel T discuss emerging as regulators functions. Moreover, studies suggest beyond pharmaceutical interest pain management, may represent novel therapeutic targets for immune-related diseases.
