摘要: The Ca(2+) homeostasis within cells controls a diversity of cellular processes including gene transcription, proliferation and apoptosis. Perturbance signaling may induce deregulation cell suppression death providing the basis for cancer development. In human prostate cancer, correlation between mRNA expression channel TRPV6 staging has been described. We have analyzed influence on HEK-293 cells. show that increases in dependent manner. increased correlates with slightly intracellular levels without interfering intrinsic dependence proliferation. Low doses econazole inhibit both, signals while BTP2, potent inhibitor T-cells, neither influences nor Our data demonstrate rate which is prerequisite its potential role tumor progression.
