摘要: The European Union has become an active political player in the realm, raising question about Union’s linkages with all aspects of life reflected national Europeanized public spheres. This study offers empirical evidence on extent to which mass media support, challenge or even ignore representatives affairs, and thus legitimize, respectively delegitimize governance. analysis is based large-scale content analyses print, TV online news gathered before after 2014 Parliament election Austria (N = 6432). Semantic networks show that focus legislative body, implications exclusive competences nation state well-established member countries. In doing so, spheres constituted by legitimize governance these areas while other integration are ignored.
