摘要: Abstract Immunochemical estimations of IgG and albumin in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) serum were made 43 patients without neurological disease. All the assays performed on non-concentrated CSF. The results obtained CSF compared to those corresponding serum. It was found that a correlation exists between ratios IgG/albumin (IgG/A) calculated sera distribution IgG/A is Gaussian type. upper limit normal value this ratio 0.85. In nine 16 with multiple sclerosis be greater than concluded method which can achieved 0.1 ml interest study immunological behaviour
