摘要: The clinical results of treatment with traditional chemotherapy for most solid tumor malignancies have remained disappointing over the last decades. Toxicities are often prohibitive. This demands development innovational, systemic approaches. Small-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors (sm-TKIs) shown promising in several malignancies. We reviewing current progress cancer therapy sm-TKIs a focus on breast cancer, hepatocellular colon and nonsmall-cell lung place this into context improvements recent, targeted antineoplastic therapies.
