摘要: Most research on ancient DNA (aDNA) has involved the cloning or amplification of extracted from soft tissue remains (Higuchi et al. 1984; Paabo 1985: 1988; Thomas 1989; Golenberg 1990; Lawlor 1991). The discovery that can also be recovered hones (Hagelberg Horai Hanni Hummel and Herrmann 1991) created new possibilities for study past populations, as bones are abundant archaeological many museums throughout world contain extensive well-characterized osteological collections.
