摘要: A universal CMOS integrated MOS gas sensor interface for application development and research is presented. Three different heater sources with a maximum output range of 20 V 40 mA the possibility to operate an external transistor as current source several hundred allow operation nearly all kinds hotplates. Two readout electronics sensor's resistance work within 1 kΩ up 10 MΩ constant voltage or bias. All measurements are digitized two free configurable high speed low noise analog channels which fast power measurements. The configuration chip done register based SPI interface.
