摘要: Tungsten oxide nanowires have been synthesized on alumina substrates in order to fabricate sensing devices. Metallic tungsten films deposited by RF magnetron sputtering and then oxidized a controlled atmosphere, obtain dense mat of nanowires. Two batches samples prepared, starting from 18 nm 180 films, the influence temperature morphology has investigated. Raman XRD spectroscopies were used confirm crystalline structure material. The chemical performance n-type evaluated towards some oxidizing reducing species, together with relative humidity. Fabricated WO3 exhibit very good sensitivity, especially for detection NH3, NO2 CO.
