摘要: Rapidly growing population and associated socio-economic development are placing increasing stress on water resources posing challenges for management. This study develops a system dynamics model municipal management in Hillsborough County by incorporating quality energy consumption with supply decision-making. The result shows that the percentage of surface withdrawal will decrease 11.7~23.3 % considering quality, this results simulated level increases 1.32~1.39 %. With both consumption, 1.10~1.30 There is slight groundwater storage (0.02~0.08 %) compared reference behavior. also finds conservation education most effective option among seven options reducing freshwater withdrawals. It reduces withdrawals 14.9 %, followed rebates indoor appliances. Rebates outdoor appliances irrigation restriction to demand. sensitive precipitation more accurate representation should be employed.
