摘要: Aim to test whether or not the use of a volume stable collagen matrix (VCMX) results in soft tissue increase at implant sites non-inferior to an autogenous subepithelial connective graft (SCTG). Methods In 20 patients augmentation was performed using VCMX SCTG. Casts obtained prior (BL), 30 (FU-30) and 90 days (FU-90) were digitized transferred stereolithography (STL) files. BL, FU-30 FU-90 STL files superimposed linear volumetric changes evaluated crestal buccal regions interest (ROI). Descriptive analysis computed for both groups non-inferiority performed. Results The median from BL ROI amounted 0.175mm (0.06; 0.51) (p=0.002 over time) 0.51mm (0.23; 0.94) SCTG (p=0.129). The differences between two significant (p=0.287). respective values 0.59mm (0.26; 1.06) (p=0.002) 0.94mm (0.66; 1.13) (p=0.004). (crestal: p=0.287; buccal: p=0.534). Non-inferiority could be concluded compared ROI. Conclusions VCMX can used resulting least short-term volume. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
