摘要: Aim To evaluate the 5-year aesthetic outcome of single implants following alveolar ridge preservation (ARP) and connective tissue graft (CTG) at buccal aspect. Materials methods Thirty-seven periodontally healthy non-smoking patients received flapless tooth extraction, ARP with a deproteinized bovine bone mineral 10% collagen (DBBMC), implant placement (4-6 months later), provisional screw-retained crown CTG mucosa (3 later) permanent later). The results were primary clinical secondary study. Both outcomes compared to those after 1 year. Mucosal thickness (MT) was registered using non-invasive ultrasonic device. Results Thirty-two attended re-assessment, all survived. Mean marginal loss 0.53 mm year 0.47 5 years (p = 0.439). Mesial Papilla showed further re-growth between 0.043). Mid-facial recession amounted 0.05 0.12 years, respectively 0.161). Pink Esthetic Score 11.00 11.17 0.596). MT gain 0.97 (relative stability: 90.5%) 0.91 85%) 0.249). Conclusion resulted in favourable outcomes. substantially increased acceptable stability over period.
