摘要: Neuroblastoma, which arises from sympathetic neural precursors, is the most common childhood cancer. The prognosis of advanced neuroblastoma remains poor even with intensive therapy. To develop new therapeutic agents, researchers have explored molecular pathogenesis neuroblastoma. Animal models are an indispensable tool for research. This chapter reviews mouse models, ranging classic xenograft to recently-developed genetically-engineered discusses insight obtained these models.
