摘要: Transgenic mice carrying a cDNA to the polyoma virus middle T (mT) antigen linked thymidine kinase promoter were generated study consequences of deregulated expression mT-associated tyrosine activity in wide variety tissues. Four independent transgenic founder animals obtained, from one which was established line. This mouse and all its offspring developed multiple neuroblastomas between 2 3 months age. Expression transgene (assayed by assay situ hybridization) restricted neurons central peripheral nervous tissue, probably because positional effect integration. Characteristic preneoplastic lesions sympathetic ganglia adrenal medulla identified originated. The tumors arising these show striking analogies human neuroblastomas, including sites development tumors, their histological ultrastructural appearance, diagnostic markers, such as synaptophysin, high N-myc oncogene. animal model thus provides unique tool for studying growth control neuroblasts pathogenesis neuroblastoma.
