摘要: This paper presents a conceptual planning framework for reverse supply chain operations based on an extensive literature review and industry expertise. Such holistic scheme classification of tasks is necessary as the intensification research logistics closed-loop chains in recent years has raised number problems that differ from those solely forward-oriented chains. Up to now, common comprehensive definition relevant along not existed. Thus, thorough understanding interdependence between these elements missing. aims systematically identify problems, which are assigned different horizons distinct process stages product recovery. The result scheme, called ‘Reverse Supply Chain Planning Matrix’ (RSCPM), categorizes shows their interrelation recovery operations. It serves both academia practitioners overview decision tasks. Moreover, decision-makers supported identifying variables revealing consequences one regarding other parameters system.
