摘要: Abstract The atom economical synthesis of hydrogen halide salts primary amines, directly from the corresponding halides, avoids production significant amounts secondary amine side products, and requires only evaporation solvent to access products in yields generally greater than 90%. procedure uses microwave irradiation 7 M ammonia methanol (Aldrich) at 130 °C 0.5 2.5 h works on a variety alkyl as well mesylates tosylates. Benzylamines are obtained benzyl halides without that result heating. Direct isolation even highly volatile amines their makes method ideal for use parallel synthesis.
