摘要: Between January 1989 and August 1991, 62 patients undergoing resection for colorectal adenocarcinoma were assessed in a prospective fashion on the basis of various tumor characteristics that are thought to indicate prognosis. Parameters measured included epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFr) expression, cell membrane known be overexpressed variety tumors, Ki-67, monoclonal antibody marker proliferation, as well flow cytometry standard histologic examination. Statistical analysis chi square with Yates correction when appropriate, Wilcoxon W, multivariate logistic regression. EGFr pasitive tumors associated worse Dukes' stage (27% negative C or D vs. 58% positive P = 0.03), more aneuploid by (48% 82% aneuploid, 0.01). Lymphatic invasion was frequent (P 0.03). These factors proved independent each other analysis. Ki-67 did not correlate any parameters extremely limited use evaluation study population. Multivariate indicated than diploid tumors.
