摘要: Myxoid and round cell liposarcoma represents a morphological spectrum in which tumor progression from low-grade myxoid to high-grade areas is frequently observed. A distinctive t(12;16)(q13;p11) reciprocal translocation rearranges the CHOP gene localized 12q13 most cases. Data concerning occurrence of cycle aberrations this subset mesenchymal malignancies are very limited. Therefore, we analyzed histologically homogeneous series 21 cases liposarcoma. The p53 pathway was studied by investigating TP53 protein, mdm2 p21Waf1 protein. Rb-cyclin D studying pRb p16MTS1 gene, cyclin D1, D3, p27Kip1, cdk4, cdk6 proteins. In contrast with rare involvement well differentiated liposarcoma, were observed approximately 30% Notably, overexpression seen 56% correlated histological grade, therefore indicating possible role progression. Abnormalities involving more than 90% loss present one-third and, at variance that other subsets sarcoma, Ds represented event. Interestingly, upregulation either cdk4 or demonstrated 85%
