摘要: Pancreases were obtained from five human fetuses 12 to 16 weeks old. The islets of Langerhans isolated with collagenase, and then incubated buffer, glucose, tolbutamide, or glucagon added the medium. insulin released into medium was measured by immunoassay. Glucagon produced only significant increase above base line; glucose tolbutamide failed enhance secretion insulin. data suggest that fetal this gestational age develop responsiveness earlier than tolbutamide.
