摘要: 5-Hydroxytryptamine (serotonin, 5-HT) was found by electronmicroscope autoradiography to be localized in dense granules platelets. Evidence of radioactivity from tritium-labelled 5-HT also at other sites within platelets, but without evidence concentration those sites. Studies on human platelets showed that the were present different forms, and structural suggested containing may derived alpha granules. After clotting platelet-rich plasma, before integrity lost, relation granules, had been lost sites, suggesting firmer binding
