摘要: The ligands of the transforming growth factor β (TGF-β) superfamily are important paracrine/autocrine regulators ovarian follicular development. This group includes TGF-β. activins, bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs), differentiation factors (GDFs), and others. Nine BMPs GDFs expressed in ovary, with a well-conserved pattern expression among mammalian species. Oocytes express BMP6, BMP15, GDF9: theca cells BMP3, BMP3b, BMP4, BMP7; granulosa BMP2 BMP5. In vivo studies have revealed importance GDF9 BMP15 control early ovulation. vitro, most induce cell proliferation but reduce follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)-induced progesterone production, thus delaying process.
