摘要: AIM: Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are rare. GISTs differ from other mesenchymal of the gastrointestinal tract (e.g. leiomyomas and schwannomas). The purpose this study was to investigate role Ets-1 in growth differentiation GISTs. METHODS: Twenty-eight GISTs, nine six schwannomas were examined by immunohistochemical staining method for study. Specimens selected surgical pathology archival tissues at Nagasaki University Hospital. RESULTS: protein expressed cytoplasm cells all these tumors. Immunohistochemical revealed that 27 (96.4 %), (66.7 %), five (83.3 %) positive Ets-1. expression statistically different between (P < 0.005). However, there no correlation clinical risk categories. CONCLUSION: plays an important schwannomas.
