摘要: ABSTRACT Niosomes formulated from different nonionic surfactants (Span® 60, Brij® 72, Span® 80, or Eumulgin® B 2) with cholesterol (CH) molar ratios of 3:1 4:1 respect to surfactant were prepared sumatriptan amount (10 and 15 mg) stearylamine (SA). Thin‐film hydration method was employed produce the vesicles, time lapsed hydrate lipid film (1 24 h) introduced as variable. These factors selected variables their levels into two L18 orthogonal arrays. The aim optimize manufacturing conditions by applying Taguchi methodology. Response vesicle size, zeta potential ( Z ), drug entrapment. From analysis, concentration until most influencing parameters on being niosomes made 80 smallest vesicles. presence SA vesicles had a relevant influence values. All except surfactant–CH ratio an encapsulation. Formulations optimized marginal means Results obtained showed good correlation between mean signal‐to‐noise parameters, indicating feasibility robust methodology this formulation.
