摘要: The development of advanced biomaterials and drug-delivery systems has had a significant impact on our ability to treat several diseases. A new study was performed niosomal formulations obtained from mixture commercial surfactants (Tween 80 Span 80) be applied topically for the release Capsaicin. Capsaicin is pungent principle red pepper it variety pharmacological actions cardiovascular, respiratory nervous systems. Niosomal carriers were prepared using particular ratio between surfactants, obtain with specific HLB (10,12,14) characterized in terms dimension, morphology their drug entrapment efficiency. Niosomes compared microemulsions same ratio, evaluate possible use transdermal delivery. As regards vitro percutaneous permeation both formulations, carried out diffusion Franz cells. results indicate that niosomes could better promote delivery Capsaicin, respect microemulsions, even if an effective vehicle topical this drug.
