摘要: Background Salmonella enterica and Campylobacter jejuni are amongst the more prevalent bacterial pathogens that cause foodborne diseases. These microorganisms common contaminants of poultry products. This study was aimed to evaluate antibacterial activity metallic copper surfaces on these important enteropathogens, determine potential acquisition by food exposed this metal.
