摘要: Coronary artery fistulae may be congenital or acquired abnormalities in which blood is shunted into a cardiac chamber, great vessel, other structure, bypassing the myocardial capillary network. Patients with coronary present dyspnea, congestive heart failure, angina, endocarditis, arrhythmias, infarction. Symptomatic patients must treated order to prevent such complications as sudden death Surgery gold standard for closure of these lesions; however, an increasing number reports have shown that percutaneous safe and effective alternative. We report successful exclusion multiple artery-to-pulmonary by means several balloon-expandable stent-grafts patient who had history bypass surgery symptoms failure.
