摘要: Different genotypes of the hepatitis viruses may influence clinical outcome disease. The distribution vary according to geographical regions. aim this study was evaluate B virus (HBV), C (HCV) and D (HDV) in Turkish patients with chronic a large cohort patients. Genotyping performed 41, 59 365 B, C, respectively, 36 hemodialysis C. Genotypes were determined by direct sequencing polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism In addition, HBV subtyping multiplex PCR subtype specific ELISA 83 71 HBsAg (+) blood donors, respectively. All (100%) had genotype type I, two methods yielded that 99% ayw. S gene amino acid sequence 41 included for genotyping revealed ayw2 subtype. Genotype as follows: 306 (84%) 1b, 43 (11%) 1a, 10 (3%) 2, 3 (1%) 3, 4. Among receiving hemodialysis, 28 (78%) 1b 8 (22%) 1a. indicates viral show very little genotypic heterogeneity. Subtype ayw DNA, I HDV RNA represent almost 100% related infections. HCV found be significantly dominant
