摘要: Many hematologic malignancies have an underlying heritable component. Although not as well characterized the acquired genetic abnormalities that define important prognostic and therapeutic subgroups of myeloid lymphoid neoplasms, investigations are beginning to unravel role germline variation in predisposition malignancies. Information gained from study striking family pedigrees, epidemiologic data, candidate genes now being combined with unbiased genome-wide outline network contribute malignancy risk. This article reviews current understanding heritability genomics era.
