摘要: As environmental compatible emulsifiers, various polysaccharides were investigated and de-emulsification methods studied using filtration, direct current (D.C.) field, also Nocardia amarae. 0.01% (v/v) of alginic acid, arabic gum, chitosan, curdlan showed more than about 2 h emulsion stability in the half-life layer by a homogenizer twice synergic effects with other emulsification activity at ratio 9:1 (v/v). De-emulsification 110V D.C. field took 1 for separation oils from l oil-in-water case gum. Oil-water separator was designed non-woven fabrics filtration system amarae grown n-hexadecane or kerosene immobilized fabrics.
