摘要: Ectopic pregnancy (EP) is reported in about 1%-2% of pregnant females and associated with mortality morbidity. Several genetic environmental factors might modulate occurrence EP. Prediction EP patients' follow-up an important task management pregnancy. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) as non-coding RNAs sizes between 21 24 nucleotides have been shown to regulate several aspects implantation early fetal life. They potential role detection especially considering their presence body fluids such serum. Assessment expression serum provide a noninvasive method for diagnosis follow-up. However, data regarding not sufficient due small sample the studies. Future studies are required find miRNAs that EP-associated genes VEGFA, EGFR, ESR1 immune response-related new diagnostic biomarkers
