摘要: Liver transplant remains the ultimate treatment for decompensated liver disease. However, many diseases do recur after orthotopic transplant, which may affect recipients' quality of life and survival rate. We performed a systematic review relevant epidemiological studies available on Medline that provided information recurrence non-viral hepatitis transplantation in adult patients published until August 2010. All data were compiled from either articles or retrospective studies. Primary sclerosing cholangitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, autoimmune hepatitis, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, alcoholic steatohepatitis haemochromatosis can transplantation. The rates disease varied according to indication transplantation, ranged 7 50%. Although rate with has increased advent novel immunosuppressive protocols, concern. differ not only cause underlying but also vary within transplant. Further are needed elucidate risk factors recurrence.
