摘要: To investigate adolescent students' self-rated health status and to identify the influencing factors that affect status. A stratified cluster sampling method Self-assessed General Health Questionnaires were used enroll 503 students from Sichuan Province, Southwest part of China. Most perceived their as "Fair" (29.4%), "Good" (52.1%), or "Very Good" (16.3%). Regarding sleep quality, most them rated (24.9%), (43.1%), (19.7%), but 59.7% reported less than 8 hours a day, even few 6 (4.4%) more 9 (9.7%). considerable number (41.1%) they "Never" just "Occasionally" participated in appropriate sports exercises. As dietary habit, significant (15.7%) have breakfast. Students different administrative levels schools (municipal level, county township level) differently (P < 0.05) terms health, Behaviors, Sleeping, Dietary behaviors, Safety Awareness, Drinking Smoking behaviors. In general, Chinese teenage own fairly good. However, attention needs be paid problems some students, such lack exercise inadequate habits, etc. More concerns need addressed schools, strategies should put forward accordingly.
