摘要: Extensive chromosome variation involving Robertsonian and non-Robertsonian changes were proposed to explain chromosomal evolution within killifishes of the aplocheiloid group belonging order Cyprinodontiforms. In present work we describe karyotypes four Cynolebias species analyze by means mitochondrial phylogenetic studies, including 10 taxa this genus. Diploid numbers varied from 48 44 number arms 50 54. Molecular analyses allow us corroborate previous hypothesis about in fishes. The tree topology based on a combined dataset cytochrome b 12S genes shows that recent cladogenetic events genus could have occurred allopatric or ‘in-situ’ differentiation rearrangements. Our approximately 10% genome can be helpful determining these but it showed limited resolution at intermediate levels divergence. This explained part high DNA sequence divergence (ranging 0.015 0.245) detected intrageneric level. Different methodological approaches suggest during their differentiation, supporting unresolved basal polytomy result rapid speciation events, like true ‘star polytomy’.
