摘要: Proteins are the nitrogenous macromolecules that exhibit diverse biological functions as they act catalysts, transport molecules, defence agents, cofactors, etc. Proteomics is study of an entire set proteins produced by a cell under different conditions. The changes in expression genes correlate with transcriptome, proteome and metabolome. However, occur at transcriptional level do not coincide level. Therefore, investigating these highly important serve direct mediators response. These composition; proteomic studies could be significant to identify key protein molecules which would potential biomarkers involved underlying mechanism. Proteomic used detect micronutrient deficiency toxicity. Micronutrients, particularly some metals metalloids, very essential for normal growth development plants cofactors many enzymes other special functions. elevation concentration metalloids soil can have adverse effects on plant stress factors. Various techniques backbone or toxicity several micronutrients. Recent mainly laid emphasis detecting quantitative based comparative approaches using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis (2-DE) followed mass spectrometry analysis (MS). Furthermore, may help identifying novel target will determine whether micronutrients affect metabolic pathways not. provide detailed functional aspects enable us understand mechanism properly.
