摘要: The goal of our experiments was to determine the extent which humoral response a melanoma vaccine elicits production cytotoxic antibodies in tumor-challenged mice. Mice were immunized with produced from formalinized extracellular antigens (FECA) derived B16 F10 melanomas. that recognized preparation determined by ELISA, as their cross-reactivity B700 antigen. shown be anti-proliferative inhibition tritiated thymidine incorporation into DNA cultured target cells and assays for complement-mediated antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity. Flow cytometric analyses indicated approximately 60% specifically bound antibody immune sera. These results confirm is significant antigenic component FECA vaccine, provide encouragement this approach developing useful vaccines.
