摘要: Extracellular products from melanoma cells may play an important role in the pathogenesis of metastatic melanoma. Studies were designed to evaluate effect vaccination with formalinized extracellular antigens (FECA) murine (MMM B16-F10) on survival and immune response C57BL/6 mice. The cellular was evaluated by assessing interleukin-2 (IL-2) production natural killer cell activity, whereas humoral examined measuring specific antibodies (ECA). IL-2 splenocytes immunized animals significantly higher (4.7 U/ml 3.7 U/ml) than that controls (1.38 U/ml). mice revealed activity. Similarly, responded producing against as detected ELISA. peak ECA observed 21st day post-immunization. These results suggest FECA are immunogenic enhance active anti-melanoma immunity.
