摘要: The motile response of serum-dependent (Gc-4 SD) and protein-independent PF) murine fibrosarcoma cells to monoclonal antibody (MAb) that binds gp78 a cell-surface receptor (M(r) 78,000) for an autocrine motility factor (AMF) was analyzed. Gc-4 PF responded the anti-gp78 by increased in vitro (3-fold) lung colonization vivo (8- 20-fold), while counterpart failed respond stimulation both vivo. Immuno-analysis expression cell extracts revealed smaller amount SD than cells. Both lines secrete equal AMF culture media. Our results suggest protein-free is associated with high its receptor, autonomous regulation may play role tumor dissemination.
