摘要: Autocrine motility factor receptor (AMF-R) has been shown to play an important role in tumor cell migration, invasion and metastasis. We have detected AMF-R expression tissue specimens from patients with non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) assessed their clinical characteristics. Using RT-PCR immunohistochemistry, we quantified the of 47 NSCLC who underwent curative resection, investigate relationship between clinicopathologic factors prognosis. results agreed well immunohistochemic (p < 0.0001). In patients, 34 (72.3%) samples were evaluated as having high gene expression. was significantly associated lymph node metastasis stage = 0.0295 for metastasis, p 0.0152 stage). The overall survival rate gene-expressing tumors worse than those whose had low 0.0029). Multivariate analysis also showed that related 0.0165). These data indicate may contribute progression can serve a useful prognostic marker NSCLC.
