摘要: Colchicine poisoning is an uncommon, but potentially life-threatening, toxicologic emergency. The clinical features associated with overdose and the options for treatment are discussed. typically shows 3 phases: initially, gastrointestinal symptoms predominate; in second phase, multiorgan failure may occur, possibly leading to death. If patient survives, third phase of recovery follows, during which often presents hair loss. Early fatality due cardiovascular collapse respiratory failure; however, pancytopenia overwhelming septicemia can occur later. All patients suspected having colchicine intoxication because its unpredictable outcome should be managed according principles intensive care, irrespective actual degree poisoning. In those who survive initial poisoning, filgrastim (granulocyte colony-stimulating factor) offers effective method treating preventing septicemia. Daily monitoring patients' hematological status strongly recommended. We reporting a case previously healthy girl developed multisystem organ after intoxication. recovered completely had no residual outcome.
