摘要: Dermal papillae (DPs) control the formation of hair shafts. In clinical settings, colchicine (CLC) induces patients’ shedding. Compared to control, ex vivo fiber elongation organ cultured vibrissa follicles (HFs) declined significantly after seven days CLC treatment. The DP cells (DPCs) were used as experimental model study influence on protein dynamics DPs. could alter morphology and down-regulate expression alkaline phosphatase (ALP), marker DPC activity, induce IκBα phosphorylation DPCs. proteomic results showed that modulated patterns (fold > 2) 24 identified proteins, down-regulated 17 up-regulated. Most these proteins presumably associated with turnover, metabolism, structure signal transduction. Protein-protein interactions (PPI) among established by Search Tool for Retrieval Interacting Genes/Proteins (STRING) database, revealed they participate in metabolic process, translation, energy production. Furthermore, ubiquitin C (UbC) was predicted be controlling hub, suggesting involvement ubiquitin-proteasome system modulating pathogenic effect DPC.
