摘要: Stroke is more frequent in diabetic than nondiabetic patients. We studied lesion topography 61 stroke patients with diabetes mellitus and 77 without using magnetic resonance imaging. Location, number size of infarcts were investigated. Prevalence hypertension did not differ between In elderly subgroups (> or = 65 years), infratentorial > 5 mm diameter (32 vs. 12%, P 15 was those stenotic lesions, but the per patient irrespective smaller when stenosis present. On other hand, similar carotid system stenosis. The present study demonstrated that common patients, suggesting vulnerability vertebrobasilar circulation diabetes.
