摘要: Lipoproteins in human serum and lipoprotein fractions obtained by sequential ultracentrifugation of were analyzed combining three types micro two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) technique to obtain systematic information on lipoproteins apolipoproteins. The samples first under non-denaturing conditions characterize the physicochemical properties low-density (LDL) high-density (HDL) physiological conditions. then analyzed, employing isoelectric focusing without denaturants dimension sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) second dimension, study process dissociation HDL's dissociated into their constituent apolipoproteins, showing that charge heterogeneity HDL is caused heterogeneous apolipoprotein content. LDL apo B-100 minor components. In third type 2-DE, urea Nonidet P-40 SDS apolipoproteins during steps sample treatment, contnt peptides genetic alleles. combined 2-DE will be useful for analysis hypo- hyperlipoproteinemic patients.
