摘要: Background: Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell (ADMSC) therapy in regenerative medicine is a rapidly growing area of research and currently also being used to treat osteoarthritis (OA). Force platform analysis has been consistently verify the efficacy different therapeutic strategies for treatment OA dogs, but never with AD-MSC. The aim this study was use force measure intraarticular ADMSC administration limb function improvement dogs severe OA. Results: Eight lame hip control group 5 sound were study. Results statistically analyzed detect significant increase peak vertical (PVF) impulse (VI) treated dogs. Mean values PVF VI significantly improved after groups, reaching 53.02% 14.84% body weight, respectively, at day 180, compared only 43.56% 12.16% 0. Conclusion: This objectively demonstrated that resulted reduced lameness due
