摘要: Systemic administration of antibody against the C3H lymphosarcoma 6C3HED caused complete suppression growth 10 5 tumor cells. When size inoculum was increased to 6 cells, excess unable cause unless exogenous macrophages were added inocula. The decreased effectiveness shown be by a local deficiency in supply or activation within large grafts and not systemic deficiency.
