摘要: The gait-lab at Klinik Berlin developed and evaluated novel physical pharmacological strategies promoting the repetitive practise of hemiparetic gait in line with slogan: "who wants to relearn walking, has walk. Areas research are treadmill training partial body weight support, enabling wheelchair-bound subjects repetitively practice gait, electromechanical trainer GT I reducing effort on therapists as compared manually assisted locomotor therapy, future HapticWalker which will allow additional stair climbing up down perturbations. Further means promote after stroke was application botulinum toxin A for treatment lower limb spasticity early use walking aids. New areas also study D-Amphetamine, failed motor recovery acute patients placebo, development a computerized arm trainer, Bi-Manu-T rack, bilateral severe upper paresis.
