摘要: The release of the water-soluble drug Captopril is controlled by tailoring surface properties mesoporous silica via stepwise silylation. degree silylation manipulated adjusting initial concentration silylanizing reagent (trimethylchlorosilane, TMCS). silylanized and drug-loaded samples are characterized powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform IR spectroscopy, N2 adsorption desorption,29Si cross-polarization magic angle spinning NMR transmission electron microscopy. drug-loading amount correlated to Brunauer–Emmett–Teller area hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity material, while profiles can be pore size.
